1. Nature of Digital Goods
By purchasing from Metin2won.net, you acknowledge that the products (Won, Yang, Items, or Accounts) are digital, intangible goods. Once these items are delivered to your in-game character, the service is considered “fully performed,” and the right to a refund is forfeited under digital commerce regulations.
2. Refund Eligibility
A refund request will only be considered under the following specific conditions:

Non-Delivery: If the product has not been delivered within the promised timeframe (usually 24 hours) due to a technical error on our part.

Duplicate Payment: If you were charged twice for a single order due to a payment gateway error.

Out of Stock: If we are unable to fulfill your order because the item or currency is currently unavailable.
3. No-Refund Situations
We cannot offer refunds in the following scenarios:

Post-Delivery: Once the Won or item has been traded to your character in-game, the transaction is final.

In-Game Bans/Sanctions: We are not responsible for actions taken by game developers (GameForge or private server admins). If your account is banned or items are deleted after a successful delivery, no refund will be issued.

User Error: Providing the wrong character name, selecting the wrong server, or failing to be online during the delivery window.

Buyer’s Remorse: If you simply decide you no longer want the virtual currency after it has been delivered.
4. Verification Process
To prevent fraud, all refund requests are subject to a verification process:

We may request a screenshot of your order history or a confirmation from the payment provider.

If we suspect a fraudulent “chargeback” or “dispute” through a bank/PayPal for a service already rendered, we reserve the right to ban the user from our platform and report the incident to relevant blacklists.
