1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Metin2won.net, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age (or have parental consent) and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please stop using the site immediately.

2. Description of Service

Metin2won.net provides a service to assist players in acquiring virtual assets (Won, Yang, Items) for the game Metin2. We act as an intermediary service provider. We do not own the intellectual property of the game; all game-related assets remain the property of their respective developers/publishers (e.g., Gameforge).

3. User Responsibilities

  • Account Security: You are responsible for the security of your game account.

  • Accuracy of Info: You must provide the correct Character Name and Server at the time of purchase. Metin2won.net is not responsible for deliveries made to the wrong character if the information provided by the user was incorrect.

  • Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to use our services for any illegal purposes, including money laundering or credit card fraud.

4. Risk of In-Game Sanctions

  • Game Rules: You acknowledge that purchasing in-game currency from third-party sites may violate the End User License Agreement (EULA) of the game provider.

  • Assumption of Risk: Metin2won.net takes every precaution to ensure safe delivery. However, we are not responsible for any bans, suspensions, or item deletions imposed by game administrators. No compensation or refund will be provided for lost accounts or deleted items after a successful delivery.

5. Payments and Pricing

  • Price Changes: Prices for virtual assets fluctuate based on market demand and are subject to change without notice.

  • Payment Verification: To prevent fraud, we may require additional identity verification (e.g., ID photo or phone verification) for large or suspicious orders.

  • Finality of Sale: Once the virtual asset has been traded to your character, the sale is considered final and non-reversible.

6. Anti-Fraud and Chargebacks

  • Chargeback Policy: Any attempt to initiate a chargeback or dispute through your bank or payment processor after receiving the service is considered fraud.

  • Blacklisting: Users who attempt fraudulent chargebacks will be permanently banned from our site, and their details (IP, Name, Email) will be shared with global anti-fraud databases and other virtual asset providers.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on Metin2won.net (logos, text, graphics) is the property of Metin2won.net. Use of the game "Metin2" name and assets is for descriptive purposes only to identify the services being provided.

8. Limitation of Liability

Metin2won.net shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to game account loss or financial loss.
